TERMS:
A 50% down payment is required to begin project, and balance is due on
the
day of delivery. For projects that extend beyond 30 days of production
a monthly
progress payment may be required of 25% of the total. In the case of non-payment
upon delivery a finance charge of 2% will be applied. Payments 60 days past
due will be submitted to collections. Payment options are cash, check or
PayPal.
CONDITIONS: All
items listed in this proposals remain property of Oregon Signworks until
paid
in full. Any deviation from stated specifications involving extra
costs will only be executed upon written order, and will become an extra
charge over and above this estimate. All agreements contingent upon accidents
or delays beyond our control. Oregon Signworks accepts no responsibility
for installing signs without permits. Designs / layouts produced by Oregon
Signworks remain the copyrighted property of Oregon Signworks and may
not be copied at any time without written permission. A minimum charge
of $200
will be billed for design time if this design is reproduced by individuals
other than Oregon Signworks.
